(1) According to this Act, prior to preparing the environmental study report of any proposal, the relevant body shall approve the brief environmental study and work list in the case of preliminary environmental test and the zoning and work list in the case of environmental impact assessment.
(2) Other arrangements related to area determination and work list preparation and approval as per sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed.
